Ultrasonic بازرسی فنی و تست های غير مخرب به روش اولتراسونيک

.تعريف :در آزمایش فراصوتی یا اولتراسونيک از موج با فرکانس فراتر از آستانه شنوایی انسان استفاده ميشود
در این تست دستگاه با انتشار موج آلتراسونيک به درون قطعه مورد تست و مشاهده و تحليل موج برگشتی
.ميتوان به وجود عيب و عيوب در قطعه پی برد
در دستگاه تست و عيب یابی به روش التراسونيک انرژی الکتریکی توسط وسيله ای به نام ترنسدیوسر
از یک ماده(Probe)یا پراب به انرژی صوتی یا همان موج آلتراسونيک تبدیل ميشود.پراب(Transducer)
پيزوالکتریک ساخته شده است ، که قادر است انرژی الکتریکی را به امواج صوتی یا آلتراسونيک تبدیل کند
.و همچنين بابرخورد موج آلتراسونيک به پراب انرژی الکتریکی ایجاد خواهد شد
کاربرد :روش هاي فراصوتي کاربرد بسيار گسترده اي در تعيين نقص هاي دروني مواد به روش غير مخرب دارند
.با وجود اين از آنها مي توان براي تعيين ترک هاي زير سطحي نيز استفاده کرد
 آزمون هاي فراصوتي ،افزون بر بازرسي فنی قطعات تكميل شده ،براي بازرسي کنترل کيفيت مراحل مختلف توليد
قطعاتي همچون قطعات نورد شده نيز به کار مي روند.معمولاٌ از اين روش ها براي بازرسي قطعات و مجموعه هاي
